01 - Preheat oven to 400°F or heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat if cooking on the stove.
02 - Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread to approximately 1/4 inch thick.
03 - Place one cheese stick along the edge of each bread slice. Roll tightly, sealing the edge with a small amount of melted butter.
04 - Brush the outside of each rolled bread with melted butter to ensure even browning.
05 - Mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian herbs. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the buttered bread roll ups.
06 - Arrange roll ups seam-side down on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
07 - Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown and crisp, or pan-fry while turning for uniform browning.
08 - Serve warm as snacks or appetizers, accompanied by marinara or any preferred dipping sauce.
