01 - Combine vanilla ice cream, milk, peppermint extract, and green food coloring (if using) in a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
02 - Add mini chocolate chips to the blender and pulse 2–3 times. Pulse just enough to distribute chips evenly throughout the shake without completely breaking them down.
03 - Pour milkshake into two tall glasses. Top with whipped cream, sprinkle with extra mini chocolate chips, and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately while cold.
