01 - Place shredded coconut in blender container.
02 - Add hot water and blend at maximum speed for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth and creamy consistency is achieved.
03 - Pour mixture through cheesecloth or clean kitchen towel into large bowl, pressing firmly to extract all liquid.
04 - Transfer coconut milk to clean bottle using funnel. Refrigerate up to 4 days and shake well before each use.
