04 - Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Warm tortillas for 20 to 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
05 - Place a spoonful of seasoned beef mixture on each tortilla. Top with fresh salsa and guacamole. Add cheese and cilantro if desired. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
