01 - Pour the whole milk, ice cubes, vanilla ice cream, vanilla bean seeds or vanilla extract, and granulated sugar into a blender container.
02 - Blend on high speed for 30 to 45 seconds until completely smooth and creamy, with no remaining ice chunks.
03 - Taste the frappuccino mixture and add additional sugar 1 teaspoon at a time if desired. Blend for 10 to 15 seconds to incorporate.
04 - Pour the blended frappuccino into two tall glasses. Top with whipped cream if using and serve right away with straws.
